If anyone can offer a solution to this issue, that would be fantastic. I partially think that this issue is because of Apples new OS-System being released and Mountain Lion going into retirement, but that might not be the case since Origin states that is supports systems from OS 10.7+. It was after my multiple attempts at getting the installation when I found this was a bigger problem that initially expected.Īfter looking through multiple (old) forums, I found a couple of solutions. Obviously, I clicked Install Helper, but I was yet again met with the same message about a minute later, then again and again. Origin needs your permission to install a new helper tool in order to continue. I patiently waited for it to go through its process only to be met with the error message, Today, I went to start up Sims 4 on my Macbook only to run into Origin going through another update.
